A serious issue with most currently available wheelie bars is the inability to use the truck as an off-road vehicle because most wheelie bars tend to stick out too far behind the truck. The RPM Low Visibility Wheelie Bar solves that problem! Since our wheelie bar and included wheels sits inside the protection of the rear bumper, they don’t stick out allowing the truck to function normally when rippin’ up the local track, yet still do their job when the occasional heavy finger pull yanks the front wheels off of the ground!

The RPM Low Visibility Wheelie Bar design bolts directly to all RPM Slash bumpers (both 2wd and 4x4) at the mud flap mounts, while still allowing the use of RPM Mud Flaps (RPM #81012)! The RPM Wheelie Bar stays tucked up behind the rear bumper, yet sitting low enough to allow the wheels to touch down once the front end starts catching some serious air! Now any Slash owner can pull some sick wheel stands without the fear of grinding crucial rear bumper support components into dust!

RPM Low Visibility Wheelie Bars are sold ready to install on an RPM Rear bumper (sold separately) with all necessary mounting hardware and complete instructions for assembly. RPM Low Visibility Wheelie Bars are manufactured from our trademark blend of incredibly strong nylons and backed by our limited lifetime warranty again breakage.

Tech Notes: RPM Low Visibility Wheelie Bars are designed for use with RPM Slash 2wd and Slash 4x4 rear bumpers exclusively and will not work with stock Traxxas Slash rear bumpers.

Traxxas Short & Long Rod Ends
RPM Rod Ends for Associated and Losi vehicles have been some our best selling RPM parts for over 2 decades! That same engineering, combined with RPM bulletproof materials, has gone into the creation of RPM Rod Ends for Traxxas 1/10^th scale vehicles. These rod ends are tough! The area around the ball stud is thicker than the stock rod end while still allowing a full range of motion of the pivot ball. Additionally, the shank has been redesigned with a pair of flats, making the rod end much easier to work with (versus the stock, round shank). RPM rod ends are sold in sets of twelve to complete most vehicle needs.

RPM Rod Ends cover a wide range of currently available Traxxas vehicles including all versions of the following: Slash 2wd, Slash 4x4, Summit, T-Maxx, E-Maxx, Revo, e-Revo, Slayer Pro 4x4, Stampede 4x4, Rustler VXL, Jato and Bandit VXL.

Tech Notes: RPM short rod ends replace Traxxas stock #5347 while RPM long rod ends replace Traxxas stock #5525. Both versions are sold without pivot balls. Stock Traxxas pivot balls are required for completion.

Shock Shaft Guards
(Fits Traxxas 1/10th Scale Shocks)
Rocks, dirt and debris striking shock shafts lead to dents, dings and burrs, which in turn, leads to torn shock seals. Torn shock seals means leaky shocks and poor shock performance. RPM Shock Shaft Guards shield the shock shaft from those deteriorating elements, prolonging the life of the shock shaft, which improves the long-term performance of the suspension and in turn, prolongs the time between shock rebuilds!

RPM Shock Shaft Guards are a simple design, replacing your stock shock spring cup with one that has a thin but tough shield rising up to the base of the shock body, completely blocking debris from striking the shock shaft. The back and sides are open, which prevents debris from building inside the guard as well. The kit comes with replacement oversized shock rod ends, improving durability and consistency on the shock pivot ball. Additionally, we redesigned the top of the rod end so it is square. That square end keys the shock shaft guard for directional control. The front shield of the guard covers over 100 degrees of frontal exposure! RPM Shock Shaft Guards are zero friction protection devices, meaning the guard never touches the working elements of the shock.

RPM Shock Shaft Guards are sold in sets of four, including four rod ends for the shocks and are stock replacement items. Nothing more is needed for installation. Tech Notes: RPM Shock Shaft Guards fit all Traxxas 1/10th scale molded shocks as well as Traxxas Big Bore shocks but will not fit the Traxxas Jato. They fit the T-Maxx and E-Maxx but will not work with RPM T/E-Maxx A-arms due to clearance limitations on the upper arm.

Adjustable Body Mounts & Posts

Immediately after releasing our Adjustable Body Mounts for the Traxxas Slash 4x4 (#73932), RPM customers with the 2wd version of the Slash wanted adjustable, more durable body posts too. RPM Adjustable Body posts for the Traxxas Slash 2wd are here and are designed for durability and strength while still allowing you to change the body height on the truck.

Our unique body post mounting system allows the option of using the stock body height on the chassis. The body can also be lowered as much as 3/16” or raised as much as 3/8” simply by moving the posts up or down on the mounts.

This simple, yet clever design is strong enough to handle the toughest of conditions while still allowing enough flex to absorb impacts that could otherwise damage other more fragile internal components of the chassis. Everything about our body mounts and posts are beefier than stock – from the thicker than stock screw mounts to the twin screws holding the body posts on to the mounts. We also use an I-beam shape throughout each mount, which provides the strength these parts need for those less than perfect landings.
