Let’s face it: breaking parts sucks! When a part fails, the day is over. Not when your ride is equipped with RPM performance parts! Our newest muscle-laden product is a rear bearing carrier for the Slash 4x4. The stock version simply can’t handle Short Course carnage like RPM products can. Our version is 100% stock geometry-perfect, but with a few tweaks to improve durability significantly. A ring surrounds the bearing bores, providing additional rigidity while a redesigned camber rod mounting boss helps disperse impact energy more evenly throughout the length of the carrier’s arm. Additionally, the bearing bores in our bearing carriers are designed to hold the bearings tight, meaning absolutely no bearing slop in the bearing bores! We also reduced the endplay of the axles by approximately 1/64”, keeping your rear end tracking perfectly like it’s supposed to.

Obviously they wouldn’t be perfect without our trademark blend of RPM nylons that make our products so indestructible. Our carriers are so strong (like all RPM molded products) that we back them with a limited lifetime warranty against breakage!

While we designed these bearing carriers with the Traxxas Slash 4x4 in mind, they are direct replacement parts for all of the following vehicles as well: Nitro Rustler, Nitro Stampede, Nitro Sport, Rad 2, Hawk 2, Eagle & Blue Eagle LSII!

Narrow Roof Mounted Light Bar Set
Our first roof-mounted light bar sets (#80922, #80923 & #80925) worked on all 1/8th and 1/10th scale Short Course bodies, leaving a huge gap in who could run lights on their vehicles. The RPM Narrow Roof-Mounted Light Bar Set cuts a full 2” off of the width, reducing the number of LED light canisters to four and allows virtually anyone running a vehicle with a minimum 4” body width to run LED lights on their vehicle. The list of vehicles this includes is quite extensive, including many popular sellers such as: Traxxas T-Maxx, Traxxas Revo, Traxxas 1/16th scale Mini Slash, Traxxas Rustler, Traxxas Stampede, Associated MGT, Associated T4, HPI Savage, HPI E-Firestorm, HPI E-Firestorm Flux, Losi LST/LST2, Losi XXX-T, Duratrax Evader and many, many more!

The goal of our Narrow Roof-Mounted Light Bar Set was to recreate a scale version of those light bars found in full-sized racing while striving for some reasonable amount of crash-survivability. Our Light Bar Set uses a unique hinged system that in the event of a rollover, the light bar will fold against the body to help reduce impact damage. The light set is designed to bolt to the front windshield of the truck (although with sufficient room, it can be mounted to the rear window as well), keeping the profile low and in the perfect position to light up the night. Each kit comes with a pair of large backing plates that help protect the body where the screws hold the light bar in place.

Each kit comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware, light canisters, molded parts and instructions. The instructions also show how to easily create your own LED light set-up with a few basic electronics skills, some tools and a little patience.

We mold these light bar sets in black and chrome to match or contrast any paint and color scheme.

Head Guard for Traxxas 2.5 Engine Heads
The RPM Head Guard was designed to withstand the toughest of rollover crashes and beg for more. Our head protector has an additional 0.100” or almost 1/8” of additional thickness on top to add extra skid and impact resistance to the fragile cooling fins of the stock Traxxas 2.5 head. Additionally, our Head Guard has a positive locking system that absolutely will not allow the Head Guard to pull itself free during a crash.

The RPM Head Guard is designed specifically for the Traxxas 2.5 stock engine head which is currently used in many Traxxas models including the Revo, Jato, T-Maxx, S-Maxx, SportMaxx, Nitro 4-Tec 2.5, & Nitro Rustler 2.5. The RPM Head Guard comes with a full set of screws as well as complete installation instructions. They are available in Black, Blue, & Dyeable Silver and are molded in our trademark blend of bulletproof nylons for strength and durability unmatched by any other material on the market!

Sealed Gear Cover for the Traxxas
Elec. Rustler, Elec. Stampede, Bandit & Slash
(fits all versions including XL-5 & VXL models)
The most recent electric versions of the Rustler, Stampede, Bandit and Slash have several new features that caused interference issues with our original RPM molded gear cover for the Stampede & Rustler. We expanded the area of the gear cover over the motor shaft to compensate for the longer motor shaft of the XL-5 & VXL motors. We narrowed two areas along the perimeter of the gear cover to allow clearance for the rear bumper / wheelie bar mount as well. These changes now allow this gear cover to fit all versions of these awesome vehicles.

Additional features designed into these gear covers include such important aspects as:

• An oversized access hole and soft plug for easy access to the slipper clutch nut while still maintaining an unmatched seal of the gear mesh area. Our plug stays in place yet is easy to remove and install.
• Completely sealed. Stock gear covers have a large, open gap between the spur gear and the out-drive that allows gear destroying dirt to enter.
• Sleek contours that would look great on any vehicle.
• More clearance for larger pinions for owners hungry for speed.
• Retains all stock geometry for easy bolt up; no cutting or gluing required.

Traxxas Stampede Speed Control (ESC) Mount

Your Traxxas Stampede runs fantastic, but you re looking for a little more power and efficiency, so you've spent a nice chunk of cash for an Electronic Speed Controller but now you notice that there isn't anywhere to mount it! Don t worry, RPM is here to help you out. Our new ESC mount for the Stampede bolts directly over the old mechanical speed controller s servo pocket. It covers the old pocket to keep dirt out while giving you a nice, flat surface with ample room to mount any electronic speed controller of your choice. Furthermore, we mold these new ESC mounts in four bold colors, black, blue, yellow & purple, to match or contrast any body or chassis color. Our mounts are molded from RPM's toughest blend of nylons which are impervious to nearly all chemical compounds of cleaners and motor sprays, plus they are strong enough to keep your battery in place in the roughest of crashes!
