Rear A-arms for the 1/16^th Scale Slash 4x4
Following the successful launch of RPM front A-arms, RPM rear A-arms for the 1/16th Slash 4x4 chassis (see tech notes below) are here. RPM rear A-arms follow all of the same indestructible characteristics our customers have come to expect from RPM parts. Our rear A-arms eliminate nearly all of the A-arm slop found in stock components, which allows camber, caster and toe angle settings to be more firmly fixed in position. The result: A smoother, more consistent suspension system with a significantly reduced tendency for the vehicle to randomly wander while driving.

Unique to RPM suspension arms is our angled leading and trailing edges. We incorporate a 30-degree bevel in these areas, which reduces the chance of breaking suspension parts since the A-arm will naturally try to transition over objects instead of bluntly plowing into them.

RPM rear A-arms for the Traxxas 1/16th scale Slash 4x4 are sold in sets of four – including both upper and both lower a-arms. RPM 1/16th scale Slash 4x4 A-arms, like all RPM molded products, are backed by our industry-leading warranty against breakage for worry-free operation.

Front A-arms for the 1/16^th Scale Slash 4x4
Traxxas has released a flood of new vehicles based on the 1/16th Slash 4x4 chassis (see tech notes below) and what better way to improve on these exciting models than with a set of RPM front A-arms. Our primary concern in building a new RPM A-arm design was durability. What we came up with is sure to please even the roughest, craziest bashers out there.

Additionally, our A-arms eliminate nearly all of the A-arm slop, which allows camber, caster and toe angle settings to be more solidly fixed in position. The result: A smoother, more consistent steering and suspension system with a significantly reduced tendency for the truck to randomly wander while driving.

Axle Carriers for Traxxas 1/16^th Scale Vehicles

There is very little that can be as frustrating on an R/C vehicle as slop in the suspension system. In the case of Traxxas 1/16^th scale vehicles, there is absolutely no slop adjustment for the suspension pivot balls. Once the axle carriers begin to wear at those balls, the camber, toe and caster angles don’t stay true, causing the vehicle to wander, making it very difficult to control.

That is where RPM steps in. Our new 1/16^th scale Axle Carriers have a unique pivot ball retention system that locks the pivot ball in place, yet still allows for adjustment due to wear. Our system is based on a cap design, held in place with a pair of small screws. Simply slip the caps in place, tighten the flathead screws until the free play of the pivot ball is eliminated and you’re ready to go!

RPM Axle Carriers have been completely redesigned for added durability and crash-survivability. RPM engineers found that the stock pivot ball opening could be reduced in size to help support the pivot ball better, meaning a significantly lower chance of pulling the ball through the hole. The redesigned overall shape and superior materials that go into our version make them the best alternative at the lowest price available! And to top it off, RPM axle carriers are marginally lighter than the stock versions!

RPM 1/16^th scale Axle Carriers are molded in four color options – black, green, blue and red, perfectly matching our already well-known and respected set of mini E-Revo A-arms. Narrow Roof Mounted Light Bar Set
Our first roof-mounted light bar sets (#80922, #80923 & #80925) worked on all 1/8th and 1/10th scale Short Course bodies, leaving a huge gap in who could run lights on their vehicles. The RPM Narrow Roof-Mounted Light Bar Set cuts a full 2” off of the width, reducing the number of LED light canisters to four and allows virtually anyone running a vehicle with a minimum 4” body width to run LED lights on their vehicle. The list of vehicles this includes is quite extensive, including many popular sellers such as: Traxxas T-Maxx, Traxxas Revo, Traxxas 1/16th scale Mini Slash, Traxxas Rustler, Traxxas Stampede, Associated MGT, Associated T4, HPI Savage, HPI E-Firestorm, HPI E-Firestorm Flux, Losi LST/LST2, Losi XXX-T, Duratrax Evader and many, many more!

The goal of our Narrow Roof-Mounted Light Bar Set was to recreate a scale version of those light bars found in full-sized racing while striving for some reasonable amount of crash-survivability. Our Light Bar Set uses a unique hinged system that in the event of a rollover, the light bar will fold against the body to help reduce impact damage. The light set is designed to bolt to the front windshield of the truck (although with sufficient room, it can be mounted to the rear window as well), keeping the profile low and in the perfect position to light up the night. Each kit comes with a pair of large backing plates that help protect the body where the screws hold the light bar in place.

Each kit comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware, light canisters, molded parts and instructions. The instructions also show how to easily create your own LED light set-up with a few basic electronics skills, some tools and a little patience.

We mold these light bar sets in black and chrome to match or contrast any paint and color scheme.
