Monster Camber Gauge
RPM
has combined the most popular genre of R/C – Monster Trucks – with one
of the most popular RPM products ever released – the #70992
Precision Camber Gauge. Our Monster Camber Gauge is capable of
measuring the camber angle on tires up to 6.5 inches and taller (depending
upon the belly height of the tire) and as small as 2 inches in diameter.
The Monster Camber Gauge shares all of the same characteristics of its
smaller brother – camber accuracy to within ½ of a degree, ease of use,
and affordability. Similar to its little brother, the Monster Camber Gauge
can measure camber angles way beyond a realistic and usable range
(positive or negative 10 degrees!) for universal versatility.

Toe-In Gauge

If you are a hobbyist that
enjoys R/C vehicles or an all out R/C racer or anywhere in between, this tool is a must
for your toolbox! Our toe-in gauge allows you to do trackside checks of the
toe angles without
removing the wheels! Our gauge checks toe through the simple method of comparing
the width of the wheels at the rear of the tire to the width of the wheels at the front of
the tire! Our gauge is accurate to within one half of a degree per side and closer!
This tool can also be used to check legal width of off-road buggies and trucks.
The gauge comes with a
second thumbscrew hole to check narrower vehicles such as sedans as well.
Tech Note: RPM recommends using the Toe-In Gauge on any
1/10th scale sedans, buggies, and trucks using 2.2" wheels or
smaller. For Monster Truck sized tires, please see our FAQ
page here.

Precision Camber
Gauge

One of the most critical adjustments on a R/C
vehicle is the vehicles camber. RPM has proven time after time that
even the most experienced drivers cannot set their camber by eye. With our Camber
Gauge, novice to professional drivers alike can set their camber on all wheels to less
than one degree of accuracy! Once camber has been set and documented, this gauge will be
able to tell you if a crash has affected your camber! When used in conjunction with 70492
toe-in gauge, youll gain a distinct advantage over anyone that does not have our
gauges! Other manufacturers have camber fixtures available but the RPM
Precision Camber Gauge is the only one that allows you to do trackside checks in a matter of seconds!
Tech Note: The Precision Camber Gauge is capable of measuring tires with a
belly height of 4.5". Monster Truck owners, please consider the RPM
#70950 Monster Camber Gauge.

Ride
Height Gauge

RPM designers went all out to create
the most innovative and useful tool to check your vehicles ride height! (A
vehicles ride height is the static height of the vehicle as it rests on its
suspension. It varies from front to rear and from one side to the other depending upon
weight and spring tension.) The gauge has a graduated scale along the upper edge of the
base with easy to read lines and numbers. Each graduation on the inch scale
(81300)
represents 0.025" and on the metric scale (81150), 0.5mm. (for extreme accuracy, the
graduations are far enough apart that they may be split to read as little as 0.012"
[81300] or 0.25mm. [81150])! Included with the gauge is a spring-loaded tensioning knob to
keep the gauge positioned while checking & setting positions on the gauge. The RPM
81300 Ride Height Gauge (inch scale) has a range from 0.150" to 1.150"
(5/32" to 1-5/32") and the 81150 Ride Height Gauge (metric scale) has a range
from 4mm. to 29.5mm.! RPMs ingenious design uses a base and a slide
that travels along a twenty degree angle. By using such a slight angle, the accuracy of
the gauge increases dramatically while still allowing a broad height range. Either gauge
may be used to check most on-road or off-road vehicles ride height, including pan
cars & sedans! Its extremely easy to use and is the most accurate tool available
on the R/C market!
