3.5mm Heavy Duty Rod Ends
RPM has been known for exceptionally strong, tight-tolerance rod ends (also known as “ball cups”). We should – they’ve been the strongest and best rod ends in the R/C industry for over 20 years!

Standard RPM rod ends have always been quite versatile but the use of 3.5mm turnbuckles is quite popular. Since our standard rod ends have too small of a hole for the larger turnbuckle to thread into properly, we decided to make it easier for our customers by releasing these 3.5mm Heavy Duty Rod Ends that allow the use of larger than stock 3.5mm turnbuckles while still using a standard 4.3mm (.170”) diameter ball stud, common to most 1/10th scale Losi, Associated and some HPI vehicles. Now anyone can run a stronger 3.5mm turnbuckle size without having to sacrifice strength or durability with an inferior rod end!

RPM 3.5mm Heavy Duty Rod Ends are molded in a light gray color, sold in sets of 12 per package and are factory-backed by our industry-leading lifetime warranty.

Tech Notes: RPM 3.5mm Heavy Duty Rod Ends are designed for use with 3.5mm (.137”) diameter turnbuckles and 4.3mm (.170”) diameter ball studs. They will not work with oversized ball studs such as HPI’s 4.8mm versions.

As a joint release by RPM R/C Products and Lunsford Racing, we are proud to introduce a new rod end made specifically to accommodate Lunsford’s Super Duty Turnbuckles & Ball Studs to provide the strongest linkage system ever released for R/C vehicles. Our Rod Ends are backed by RPM’s 100% replacement guarantee if they are ever broken! These rod ends will only be released in light gray and are sold in sets of 12 rod ends per package. Please note that RPM Super Duty Rod Ends will NOT work with any other Ball Studs or Turnbuckles other than Lunsford Super Duty Turnbuckles & Ball Studs. GT Delrin® Shock Pivot Balls

RPM GT Delrin® Shock Pivot Balls are a must have upgrade when using RPM GT Front A-arms. RPM GT Front A-arms have captured style lower shock mounts and RPM pivot balls align the bottom of the shock correctly to maintain proper stock suspension geometry.

One Piece Bellcrank Center Link

The link between arms on the bellcrank is called the center link. This is not a place where adjustment is necessary. In fact, most professional R/C racers use molded center links to eliminate the guesswork involved in turnbuckle center links! Ackerman is controlled with this link and only factory settings should be used. RPM center links are set to factory standards and all RPM team drivers use them!
