The RPM Rear Bumper for the Associated SC10 2wd has been extended further rearward by almost ½” over stock bumpers, moving it into the primary impact point out back, thereby reducing the likelihood of a rear impact damaging the body. We also raised the top of our bumper to help protect the body when the truck flips over in a crash. Additionally, RPM SC10 2wd rear bumpers have removable mud flap mounts so mud flaps (sold separately) may be run on or off without having to modify the bumper. Our
rear bumper also has mounting points for an RPM #81030
Tail Light Set (sold separately). With a set of Light
The same mounting points used for the tail light sets also allow the number plate from our mud flaps and number plate kit to bolt on for a perfect, scale rear number plate, a detail not found on any stock short course vehicle! RPM SC10 2wd Rear Bumpers are manufactured in our extremely tough blend of proprietary materials right here in the USA and are backed by our industry-leading warranty. Each kit comes with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions.

SC10 4x4
Rear Skid Plate
RPM
Rear Skid Plates for the Associated SC10 4x4 add an element of protection
not present with stock components. The stock rear skid plate does not sit
below the level of the chassis, leaving it exposed to impacts, sliding and
grinding damage. That is no longer an issue with an RPM Rear
Skid Plate installed. RPM skid plates add approx. 1/8” of
chassis protection to the bottom of the truck to help eliminate that type
of damage.
At 2” wide,
our skid plates are also the widest skid plates available offering the
maximum amount of protection possible. We’ve also eliminated the upper
screw mounting hole. With that mounting location gone, rear skid plate
installation and removal is as simple as removing a single screw, which
also makes sway bar adjustments that much quicker because the skid plate
no longer interferes with access to the sway bars.
RPM
SC10 4x4 Rear Skid Plates are molded in black and backed by our
industry-leading warranty protection for unsurpassed performance and
durability.

Rear A-arms for the Associated SC10 4x4
Following
the release of our front A-arms for the Associated SC10 4x4 (RPM
#73962), we now have a set of rear A-arms
to complement those fronts for complete SC10 4x4 protection!
Once
again, strength and durability were primary design considerations for
these rear A-arms. Similar to the fronts, hinge pin and cross-holes such
as shock mounts and anti-sway bar holes have been beefed up for some
serious muscle. The structure of the A-arms is also dramatically different
than the stock design, which not only helps with the strength and
sturdiness of the overall design, it also helps contribute to a stronger,
less flexible design than the stock A-arms. All this extra strength and at
a weight that is actually 2-1/2 grams per A-arm lighter than stock A-arms,
for a total weight loss of 5 grams!
RPM
rear A-arms for the SC10 4x4 are molded in black from our trademark blend
of extremely durable materials and are backed by our limited lifetime
warranty.

Front
A-arms for the Associated SC10 4x4
RPM
engineers meticulously scrutinized a set of front A-arms for the
Associated SC10 4x4 to see where we could improve on the stock design. The
result… An A-arm design that can handle the roughest and toughest abuse
and still come back for more!
Since
strength and durability were primary design considerations, we focused on
common breakage areas for strength upgrades. Hinge pin and cross holes
such as shock mounts and anti-sway bar holes have been beefed up for some
much-needed muscle. The structure of the A-arms is also dramatically
different than the stock design, which not only helps with the strength
and sturdiness of the overall design, it also helps contribute to a
stronger, less flexible design than the stock A-arms. All this strength
and at a weight that is virtually identical to stock Associated A-arms!
RPM A-arms for the SC10 4x4 are molded in black from our trademark blend of extremely durable materials and are backed by our limited lifetime warranty. With a set of RPM A-arms on your ride, we’ll make sure you make it to the finish line!

Associated
Shock Shaft Guards
(not for use with SC10
4x4 or MGT shocks)
With
the successful launch of RPM Shock Shaft Guards for Traxxas
Shocks, we knew we needed to make another version to work with Associated
shocks as well. The wait is over!
RPM
Shock Shaft Guards for Assoc. 1/10th scale shocks are a simple design,
replacing your stock shock spring cup with one that has a thin but tough
shield rising up to the base of the shock body,
completely
blocking debris from striking the shock shaft. The back and sides are
open, which prevents debris from building inside the guard as well. The
kit comes with replacement oversized shock rod ends, improving durability
and consistency on the shock pivot ball. Additionally, we redesigned the
top of the rod end so it is square. That square end keys the shock shaft
guard for directional control. The front shield of the guard covers over
100 degrees of frontal exposure! RPM Shock
Shaft
Guards are zero friction protection devices, meaning the guard never
touches the working elements of the shock.
RPM
Shock Shaft Guards are sold in sets of four, including four rod ends for
the shocks. Nothing more is needed for installation. A short list of
vehicles these guards work with include: SC10, T4, B4, GT2 and most older
versions of these vehicles such as the T3, B3, T2, B2, RC10T and RC10. RPM
Shock Shaft Guards are stock replacement items.
Tech
Notes: RPM
Shock Shaft Guards fit most Assoc. 1/10th scale shocks. However, they will
not work with Assoc. SC10 4x4 or MGT shocks.

Rear
A-arms for the SC8 & RC8
Whether
you’re out having fun bashing or in the middle of the A-main at a
national event, nothing is more frustrating than breaking an A-arm.
That’s where RPM steps in. RPM A-arms for
the Associated SC8 & RC8B are designed to prevent that from ever
happening again. These A-arms are tough as nails and designed to take some
serious punishment! Every aspect of the design on these arms is there to
either improve strength or durability. Additionally, we’ve cleared the
A-arms in areas known to rub on the stock A-arms, allowing extra droop for
more suspension travel over rough terrain or big jumps.
Exclusive
features of RPM A-arms include: Molded-in shock mounts which
means no more lost screws or extra weight from those screws on the arms
(each RPM Rear A-arm is actually 3 grams lighter than stock,
saving 6 grams of unsprung weight!). Elimination of the stock lower shock
mount pin in favor of a new 5-40 screw, which eliminates .004” of slop
in the pivot and improves suspension accuracy. Leading and trailing
30-degree edges help the vehicle to more easily transition up and over
objects too tall for the suspension to clear and improve suspension
aerodynamics.
RPM
A-arms are molded in our trademark blend of bulletproof nylons and are
factory-backed by our industry-leading breakage warranty. Molded in black
and sold in pairs with one left and one right A-arm in each package.

Front
A-arms for the SC8 & RC8
RPM
front A-arms for the SC8 & RC8B are built with the same principles and
design characteristics built into all
RPM A-arms.
Some of those design considerations include cleared areas known to rub on
the stock A-arms. We also molded in the shock mounts, which means no more
lost screws or extra weight from those screws on the arms (RPM
Front Lower A-arms are slightly lighter than stock!). To help reduce slop in the
suspension, we discarded the stock shock mount pin and setscrew in favor
of a new 5-40 screw, which eliminates .004” of slop in the pivot and
improves suspension accuracy. Leading and trailing 30-degree edges on the
a-arms help the vehicle transition up and over objects too tall for the
suspension to clear and, as a side benefit, those angles improve
suspension aerodynamics. All this comes at a weight identical to the stock
arms!
