RPM can be contacted by phone, fax, snail mail, or e-mail via the e-mail form below.
When e-mailing, please be sure to include a valid return e-mail address. We answer all of our e-mails. If you do not get a response, possible reasons include, but are not limited to, the return e-mail address had fatal errors and would not go through or you have not set your spam filters to accept e-mails from the rpmrcproducts.com domain name.
Normal RPM business hours are as follows:
Mon. – Thurs. from 7:00 am. to 5:30 pm. PST
Fri. – Sun. Closed
Most Major Holidays Closed
Any e-mails received after Thursday morning may not receive a reply until as late as the following Tuesday or Wednesday, depending upon the volume of e-mails received over the weekend. We are closed most normal holidays, and e-mail volume is quite large during those times, so please be extra patient with us when waiting for a response. Thank you.
